I was pleasantly surprised when the staff returned my forgotten headphones promptly, showcasing their attention to detail and excellent customer service. the heating in the room was perfect - I never felt too hot or too cold, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day. the sitting area and dining table were both spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for me to enjoy my meals and catch up on work. the free toiletries provided were luxurious and added a touch of indulgence to my daily routine. the cookware and kitchen utensils were top-notch, making it easy for me to prepare meals and snacks whenever I pleased. the electric kettle was a nice touch, making it convenient for me to enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee at any time. the flat-screen TV offered a wide selection of channels, perfect for unwinding in the evening.
